Pros

9am to 5pm working time frame. Very good work and life balance. Stable. Benefit is on average. Co-worker is nice.

Cons

Not motivative. No raises. The management doesn't respect you. CEO said we don't lay-off people, so we don't give raises. You should be appreciate that you have a job. Not female engineer friendly. Training is not good.

The best thing about the company is about the balance of work and life. This is the best company I had been so far.

Cons

Salary growth is not that good but this downside is negligible compared to working environment advantage/
