Pros
-Coworkers are extremely nice and professional, you will work well across different teams. -Company has good products for their space and offers a lot of value other Autodesk partners can't provide their clients. -great opportunity to get into the AEC industry, a field that will always be needed as long as people need to build things. -Company did everything they could during pandemic to retain as many employees as possible and not do layoffs. -Benefits are reasonable and owners, to their credit, have kept premiums affordable for employees.
Cons
-pay is not very competitive with other firms and similar titles. -CEO sometimes makes business decisions based on things that may not necessarily be true, which may impact your potential to succeed. -not a lot of opportunity for career growth- it is easy to max out in a role and if that happens you can't grow much further.
