Competitive Salary Access to a wide variety of Software Co-workers are very nice and helpful

Cons

1)Lack of Direction with regard to required tasks and projects 2)Very little contact with direct manager which puts into question your standing in the company with regard to performance and satisfaction of work done. 3) Although individual professional development is promoted, the company does not provide enough training materials (lectures, training videos, etc) to greatly benefit the employee.
