opportunities for advancement, communication from the top down, benefits, Training, Pay, profit sharing, merit increases, recognition for outstanding work

Cons

on call schedules starting pay can be low some areas have poor management customers are brainless

I have liked the people I work with. It's great to be with a company that actually cares about their customers.

Cons

Growing pains, and lately they have been doing a lot of "reorganization" of the company which makes everyone a little less like family. It's destroying the team like spirit.
