Pros

Great company, quarterly debit gift cards for perfect attendance, casual dress on call floor, amazing health care plan for cheap, great pay for a call center, excellent benefits, free services and the best they offer, the people you work with are great, they do free food days more than a lot of companies, they genuinely seem like they want to help advance your career or at least get you more training for your job.

Cons

never have weekends, terrible shifts, shifts change every 6 months so don't ever get comfortable because you will hate your next one, people that have been there for significantly less time can choose their shifts before you, even in tech support the customers will treat you like you are worth less than rancid cockroach excrement. Call center employees are the last segment of the population that it is still acceptable to bully. The anonymity of the phone gives people much larger cajones and every single person that calls in immediately thinks you're nothing more than a tech scheduling secretary that can do no more than locate a power cord. People will constantly talk down to you and your anxiety will build to the point of almost getting a nervous breakdown. This is just tech support, we don't deal with money. Also, they don't care what your excuse is (your entire family could have died), if you're more than 59 seconds late then you're late and it's an occurrence. There's basically no upward mobility, you're a cog in the machine, it's a call center. Keep in mind, a lot of this is any call center.

Pros

Co-workers are generally friendly people.

Cons

Constantly shifting hours, commissions will be pulled like a rug from underneath you without warning and you'll never make them because there's always a metric you barely missed.

Pros

Treats employee very fairly and good work/life balance. Good team environment to help each other and rewards employee in various ways if you do your best. Excellent benefit in the region and free/discounted internet/cable services. Company seems to try to listen to employee's opinions and respect each other.

Cons

Starting salaries is not the highest among IT companies. If your position is call center related, you might get called on for filling-in for busy days. But it could be opportunity to get extra hours and compensation.
