Pros

Good upward mobility if you know someone in management. New employees get pampered and have no responsibility to know or learn anything for 1 year or longer.

Cons

Management tends to micro-manage too much. Technicians with 3 years or more experience have all the responsibility and aren't paid like they should be. There is no trust between management and technicians. There is no communication between departments. Employees that don't deserve promotions get them. The wage for employees with 4+ years of experience is behind the employees with 2 years of experience.
