Pros

Good pay, good benefits, company cares about customers, co workers are pretty good people, you get free cable and internet.

Cons

Management has become completely obsessed with numbers. Employees are being crushed under the weight of trying to get better numbers. The original owners would be very disappointed with the way the current owners treat their people. Lots of people looking for new jobs because of management.
