Pros

Excellent Company to work for with great benefits, and the co-workers are great.

Cons

Very limited room for growth if you are not located at the HQ, the customers like to treat you like a glorified Field Tech secretary. Management sometimes does not like when you go outside of pre-prescribed and limited troubleshooting steps. the department does have an issue with keeping talent as most TSR's do not survive or do not want to stay beyond 6 months time.

Pros

For the size of the Company it still feels very much like a family. Employees are highly motivated and truly excited about the success of the company.

Cons

Some growing pains, seem to be normal, as the company is trying to keep up with the tremendous amount of growth.

Pros

Good co-workers that were easy to get along with. Nice perks such as free cable and discounted internet fees.

Cons

Expected to work under disgusting trailer homes and some very gross homes so just expect not the best work conditions.
