Pros

Accommodating to your family needs and to give you flexible hours.

Cons

management is very controlling. Your message will not reach the management and if does it will be ignored. No opportunities for growth.

Ok company for Entry Level employees

Pros

Benefits, 401k, Pension Plan, a large number of paid holidays

Cons

This company could have much more potential if they had the foresight to retain mid-level employees. Lack of pay, promotions, and trust from management, creates a revolving door of entry level employees who stay for 1-3 years and leave for far better opportunities. Employees who stay longer, often are expected to do manager level work while retaining entry level pay. Micro-managing is also a serious problem that stems from the top, down.
