- Great People - Awesome Environment - Great Opportunities - Tit-knit community

Cons

Very few, everyone I worked with eventually got a raise/promoted for my 2 years being there. I worked there while in college and it was perfect ;). Only possible con is the salary could be increased for part-timers!

Pros

Good benefits and a pension plan.

Cons

Behind the times with technology ..Not all branches where consistant with procedure and policies. Pay rate is lower than other institutions. Teller positions are being eliminated and replace with Banking specialist title. More work same pay rate as teller.
