We believe in ‘Pay for Performance’ and focus heavily on good on-boarding, coaching, training, and development of our employees, giving them the tools needed to succeed. Some of the great perks of being an Account Manager include uncapped commission, no weekend hours, paid time off, paid volunteer time off, and floating holidays allowing you a great work/life balance and benefits which empower you to be your best inside and outside the office.

Pros

Benefits were average. Support form select team members was good. Very little positive.

Cons

Company cares very little about any corporate function. Sole focus is on collections and profit. If you don’t work on the collections team you are given zero recognition. Upper management provided no support. Work life balance is zero. High turnover in every area. The turnover in every department was very high. Only one person on whole 10 person team was with company more then 1 year.
