Salary is really low and only 3% commission on sales. Unrealistic expectations on closing percentage - they require a 78% closing rate, meaning you are pressured to close every sale, they watch you on a Nest Camera they have on 24/7 and everyone in upper management can watch you during your sales pitch, and after the sale they call immediately and tell you everything you did wrong during the sale- even if you closed the sale, you will be extremely micromanaged. The price for laser hair removal here is 100% over priced and extremely hard to close the sale hence competitors are 1/2 the cost then Milan, you have to request 6 months in advance for PTO to cover your shifts, and the hours are horrible.. you will work long hours and late shifts giving you no work/life balance. “Regional Managers” have no idea how to coach or lead a team.. they lead off fear and that your job is always on the line giving you no job security - and they send emails like.. “ you got this! We will be watching all your consultations today and give feedback!!” And the feedback is.. “that was rough to watch, you better do better on the next consultation we watch..” it is so horrible. I would never recommend anyone to put yourself through this job title..

5* reviews are requested early on to keep ratings high. What NEW associate is going to give a negative review?? Read the CONSISTENCY of 1* reviews across all regions. They are the true picture and reflect the toxicity of upper management. Beware: toxic environment dangerous to your health. Micromanagement w/threats of losing your job. 80% of consultations are expected to close-- OR ELSE. Is this reasonable for a $5000+ average sale when client is expecting a much lower price and simply told they can get a free treatment?? Appts are booked out of Omaha-- they are pressured on quantity- not quality. Clinic managers are left with converting 80% of this junk. And if they don't- they are gone. Clients are unaware of cameras in the consultation room (although Milan argues it is in the fine print of contract that they need to sign quickly in order to start the consultation). These cameras are where micromanagement is pressured by district managers. I have literally been pressured to interrupt a consultation to redirect. I have also witness body parts I should not have seen. I am not a disgruntled former employee-- just do not want you to experience this toxic company environment. Save your canned response ML HR --- you are part of the problem.
