Pros

-I'd like to say that this job truly changed my life. I've discovered capabilities of mine I never knew existed thanks to staff here always taking the time to help, educate, and assist as needed. I go to sleep at night with a clear head because I know I'm working for a company that does the right thing consistently, and I wake up ready to go for whatever comes my way. IT support can be challenging at times, but if it is something you are passionate about, this is the company to work for. -The sense of having a shared purpose while being a part of a team effort when working on complex problems, even across divisions. -The chance to help people accomplish more. Working in support, I am able to solve critical issues that are impacting businesses in real time, and that feels good. -Help from experts across all disciplines. I work with some of the smartest people I've ever met. They also happen to be funny, nice, and genuinely interesting people. -While during the pandemic we've added many remote workers, if you have access to the office at HQ in Lumberton there is amazing free food, a full gym, and an atmosphere teeming with possibility. -Fun events, whether working remotely or when the office is fully populated. Miles throws some great parties.

Cons

-Can be very busy at times -Sometimes I am afraid to ask questions that might be smart to ask for fear of seeming foolish in some unknown way

Pros

I love the positive attitudes, core values, and an interview process that gives everyone a chance. The compensation is fair, and there are adequate opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

Sometimes the foul language is a bit much while on the forums.

Pros

Not every company understands that a sustainable mental workload requires being aware of what causes burnout and proactively organizing to prevent it. This one does. It's understood that 40 hours is a lot of time to commit to anything in a week, and that it matters how things are organized and managed. They organize into teams that are ultimately quite small and rotate regularly which is nice, and there's a lot of focus on learning and continuous improvement of the entire experience. Big tasks are split into small units for work which helps keep things manageable. Staff are focused on maintaining humane sustainable employment that is also productive and profitable, especially for remote employees. Everyone is approachable and professional and the culture is more diverse. Meeting the founder in onboarding meetings is pretty cool, and the hiring process is quite functional with many computerized evaluation steps like one-way interviews.

Cons

Some key staff seem overworked so far, and some of the projects are hugely complicated. It can get confusing to be on several teams at once
