Pros
I have enjoyed all of my time at Miles. Everybody I have met is extremely nice and welcoming. They are willing to work with you and provide you help if you need it. Also, they have clear and defined goals with opportunities for growth.
Cons
When you first start you will get a lot of information really quickly (it can be overwhelming). However, it's unavoidable if you think about it. But if you prepare yourself for it, you should be fine.
