      Pros

      Miles Technologies is a great place to work. It is refreshing to work in a place where you are judged based on your merit and accomplishments, rather than your tenure. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. It is a growing company that has MANY opportunities to grow and advance. And, there are many opportunities to interact through clubs and recreational activities.

      Cons

      Miles Technologies is a technology company... that is continually looking for ways to improve. So, if you are not someone who is willing to change and advance or work at a fast pace, it may not be the right place for you.
