Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your post on Glassdoor is anonymous, yet I am confident you and I met through our recruiting process, orientation, and other business interaction. I am glad that you enjoyed working with your co-workers. I am sorry you had a bad experience with your manager. That was not my goal. Your experience does not align with what we believe and want our culture to be at Miles Technologies. We place great emphasis on the manager's relationship with their direct reports. As part of this, we provide ongoing management and leadership training. We encourage our managers and staff to communicate openly and honestly so that we can work together to make sure we are all feel good about the work we do every day and continue to work towards accomplishing our goals. This is all a part of our effort to continuously improve. We have never engaged in any fake reviews, and we do not require anyone to post a review. The reviews online are completely voluntary, and of course, we appreciate and value the feedback from candidates, active employees and former employees.
