Pros

It's exciting and fast-paced work and can learn a lot of finance.

Cons

Too many layer, too much politics. No work life balance, no WFH. They treat everybody like a pair of hands, just a resource, to do grunt work without taking into considerations even what your strengths and interests are.

Low cost structure for portfolio managers & higher payouts then competitors.

Cons

Higher payouts come at a price. Management adjusts individuals/pods agreed upon stops at any point in time, particularly when the overall fund is experiencing a down day.
