      Engineering not for women

      Pros

      Great company with ample benefits. Good set of people and nice culture.

      Cons

      Less number of women in engineering, mostly are alienated and sidelined. Not a good place for growth within technology department for women.

      Pros

      Amazing team environment, great energy My team both local as well as my actual team in the UK were Awesome , and I enjoyed working @ Mimecast it was a great experience I would recommend it to anyone.

      Cons

      I think flexi time would be a good idea and working remotely form time to time if the position allows for this.Working in a different office to my actual team was a bit of a complication as we were not automatically included in some important discussions.

      Its a top-notch product which can be rare in the IT services space. The people are the highlight though, driven, committed but humble folk trying to make a better experience for customers.
