Pros

Mimecast has a very strong products portfolio which is supported by an amazing team who collectively work very hard to deliver great results! Our CEO Peter Bauer provides a clear vision which helps align our strategic direction and overall purpose. Mimecast provides our staff with competitive salaries and benefits. They also invest in there staff through training. Staff are always challenged, motivated and most importantly they are given support from both regional and global leadership teams. Overall Mimecast is a great place to work.

Cons

The only Con that really comes to mind would be growing pains. Mimecast Australia is growing quickly which creates a lot of additional work that gets spread across the team while we are busy training new staff.
