Great chance to grow - manager supports me through right and wrong decisions. Working for a SAAS provider brings great challenges that 99% of other jobs dont have. Never gert bored - too much interesting and exciting work. Great work life balance. Some great stuff for my CV

I have worked at Mimecast for over 8 years, changing the roles four times within Service Delivery. The interaction between the management and the employees is great. They are encouraging and really want their employees to be successful. It is a hard work but the rewards are worth it.

Cons

A lot of work to do.

Just hit 5 years at mimecast, working in a great multi cultural and family environment. Free drinks and fruits in the kitchen. Superb managers that help all individual's out-of-work and in-work concerns. Flexible working schedule with option to home/work. Good collaboration with many members of departments, good startup feel. You can feel the good goal-driven values and passion to succeed. if management and leaders see your tenacity and willingness to learn, then your sure to be leading others too...
