I've been at Mimecast for over 4 years, all within service delivery. Love the company and the team, don't want to work anywhere else. 4 members of the support team have been rewarded for their hard work in the last 3 months, work hard and you'll progress within the company.

Cons

Expect to work hard, yes we have targets to make but these are easily achievable. Nothing different from any other company you'll work in.

Pros

Free drinks, fruits, amazing coffee, pool table, foosball, table tennis and convenient location. Great people to work with and very approachable management, if you talk they will listen, they are always open to new ideas. The company offers you unique career development and the opportunity to work amongst some internet whizes. The staff turnover is quite low for the size of the company and it is not different in SD from what I have seen. Flexible working hours and you can work from home.

Cons

The support is a very busy department and unfortunately, it is often being left out of the rest of the company. Lack of basic commuter benefits. Salaries could be improved.

I've worked at Mimecast for quite some time. It is a great place to work, The company feels like a big family. Best decision I every made to join Mimecast. Great career opportunities for those willing to work hard and shine.

Cons

Don't expect an easy ride, Work hard and you will do very well. Lazy and expect to go nowhere.
