Pros

The other employees are mostly fantastic to work with. Free fruit, free drinks, good breakout area. The rest of the company - i.e not service delivery seem to enjoy working at Mimecast.

Cons

The poor, inexperienced management of service delivery and as a result, the high staff turnover. The culture of focusing on negativity and never offering praise for efforts and hard work where it's due, apart in an insincere way and to 'tick boxes.'

Horrible environment for support staff, misery is common among the vast majority!

Nice environment for other teams, with flexibility and trust.

Cons

Micromanagement if you are support staff. Never feel trusted or appreciated, and would not be an issue if this wasn't how most in the department felt. Management were given full support of seniors even when they were wrong! The environment felt toxic. Also Low salaries

Excellent role, I was able to contribute a lot, set up whole new automation framework for Angular web apps. Had a good laugh with team members too. Great.

Cons

Can sometimes be difficult to extract information, get basic how-to at start.
