      Startup feel

      Pros

      Great culture with lots of bright young colleagues gives the company a nice startup feel, the beer fridge helps too :) The technology is very interesting to work on and you'll learn a lot on the job. The office is in a great central location with lots of lunch options.

      Cons

      Having been here over a year now I honestly can't think of any cons. The company is growing fast so hopefully the culture can be maintained.

      - Great technology that is easy to understand and with a very straight forward value proposition to sell - Solution constantly evolves and improves making it a pleasure to work with - Really good team across sales, support, dev, etc. that will always support you.

      Cons

      - Career opportunities can be challenging since mostly based on who you know rather than what you deliver because there are no formal review process. - Frequent changes in Sales Leadership and direction can make things challenging due to lack of consistency.
