Pros
I recently joined Mimecast from another security vendor and I’ve been very happy with what I walked into. They were transparent about the things that worked and the things that didn’t (no surprises). My own leader is very supportive and it is encouraging to see how much the team gets along and to be a part of the transformation of Enterprise selling in the company. I’m highly appreciative that as they are growing in Enterprise they are very much interested in hearing and using what has worked in our own experiences since it’s easy to get buried as an individual in a larger org. Good group of people across the board and I’m encouraged by the support I’m getting.
Cons
Mimecast has challenges, but every company has them particular in this climate. So far the sales leadership calls it like it is and takes field feedback seriously. Like everyone else the virtual wear and tear (too many Zooms) is a grind which is less about Mimecast and more about where we all are. Would like to get out and see customers in person soon.
