      You are working with some of the smartest people in the industry. The CEO, Peter Bauer really cares about this company and his employees. Hard to find that in a CEO.

      Pros

      The leadership team at Mimecast is truly one of a kind - there is a very open door policy here and they are always available to support the rest of the organization. The culture - Free Lunch! Team outings, office rallies, very open and cool office space - it is an incredibly collaborative environment. The product portfolio and market presence is a major, major pro - the customer retention and growth is incredibly high, because the product WORKS.

      Cons

      Over the years there have been typical growing pains from pre-IPO to IPO, but nothing major. I really can't think of one con.
