Pros

Excellent products and a well-conceived business plan for the email archiving and cloud-based storage. UK company growing a lot of business in North America. Strong, smart, driven management. This is a great place if you like face-paced, aggressive marketing and growth.

Cons

As any good, successful business there is a tunnel vision, one-track focus on attacking markets. It was a bit too much macho, over the top methodology. Hit and run, on to the next but that can be the nature of the beast.

Excellent people to work with and great benefits/ perks of being part of the organization (free lunches in the office everyday, free beer after work and great holiday party each year)

Cons

I wish the company would formally shut down during the end of the year holidays between Christmas and New Years as similar companies do in this industry.
