The CEO is one of the most energetic leaders I've worked for. His enthusiasm and constant communication to the company during the "work from home" days has been so helpful and energizing.

Cons

Fast growing company working through some internal operational gaps causes for roadblocks and more time spent than warranted on operational aspects of the job.

Pros

Mimecast has really embraced the requirement for everyone to work from home. Communications from leaders has been informative and consistent, productivity has been the same (or better!), the company is constantly looking for ways it can further support its employees now and beyond.

Cons

The volume of work has picked up significantly since 100% work from home, it's been a bit unmanageable at times.
