      Pros

      Mimecast has a great culture. We have been a top player in the SEG space for the past 3 years. The sales compensation plans are competitive in the space and provide the opportunity to push into accelerators. Technology is solid and customers are generally happy.

      Cons

      Very competitive space. Lots of players in the SEG space that muddy waters for customers. 3rd party analysts have a difficult time defining who the leaders are.
