      Pros

      Your peers. MINDBODY has a great team that really cares about each other.

      Cons

      Management is greedy. MINDBODY sells its product to clients as an opportunity to empower their work life balance. This is all done while they are requiring their employees to work 60+ hour weeks. The compensation does not match the workload and all of the stock options are saved for the new executives they are bringing from the outside--executives that care little about this culture that once made this company unique. Sure they occasionally serve you free booze at a patio party, but that's not particularly exciting when you've already spent 50 hours working and need to go back to your desk afterwards.

      Poor Leadership. Buggy software that they never fix and underpay staff while gaslighting employees to make them think they are a good company to work for. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I have a new job that I love at a company that is run by a smart management team. Leaving Mindbody was the best decision I ever made. This is a toxic company that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I stayed at this job too long. Now I’m truly happy at my new job 😊

      Some of the great people are still there, but will leave Unlimited PTO is offeredbut no one can use it

      Extremely high turnover Recurring layoffs Financially unstable and not profitable Extremely low confidence in company No vision Deplorable “core values” Aggressive, abrasive, dictatorial executives DDC supposedly stands for Debate, Decide, Commit but actually means “Do it and Don’t Complain” No collaboration Highly tactical and operational 110% reactive Favoritism runs amuck Powerless managers and teams RIFs cut too deep so now people are overworked Unethical Pay not competitive
