toxic company - stay away

- probably the approach to wfh

Cons

- little to no raises. from what I know from former colleagues, it was the same - projects that will keep you stagnated professionally, great if you don't care about your professional development - all smiles up front, a lot of backstabbing and nasty remarks in reality, the management has their own Slack group where they attack employees - cool way for taking care of "your own"! - rigid to any suggestions, if you follow their "handbook" by heart everything you say can and will be used against you. - other former colleagues remarked gaslighting and bullying from management when they had to get rid of them, I can totally see now why

The company offer a good work/life balance. The benefits are ok but the payment is not that great, even if work for a client outside Portugal (like Germany or UK).
