Mindera is very transparency, it’s a place where you have flexible hours, unlimited vacations and a lot of perks. I would say it’s a perfect place to grow as a developer. A place where you can be yourself and expose your ideas. Overall very nice team mates.

Cons

Is having growing pains. Sometimes you are in projects with no visibility which can be bad when it comes to the new salary cycles, since you are compared with your team mates

- real flat structure (self-organising company) - good work/life balance - lots of nice people

Cons

- the values are only on the wall - it's a body shop; you live the culture of the client you're working on - lack of leadership; everything seems to take forever
