Flexible schedule, friendly and helpful coworkers. Interesting and challenging tasks. Reasonable compensation. Opportunities to grow as a professional. Gym and language courses cost compensation.

Cons

Lack of interpersonal contacts except online meetings in the work time. No medical insurance or paid vacations.

-- Solving real problem in the most effective way -- Trying to maintain simplicity within product and company itself -- Really can make an impact in educational industry (and probably change lives for the better) -- Regular team meetings in different countries -- Very friendly and helpful teammates

-- probably all the cons from "remote team" way of working (depends on personal preferences) -- probably processes and communications too much simplified (again, depends on personal preferences)
