The overall vibe is very chill and calm, One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and manage personal commitments more easily. The management and coworkers are supportive, always willing to lend a hand when you need assistance. Since the company is still semi new, sometimes we may experience rapid changes that take a little time to adjust to, but there is always someone to help. Overall, it’s a positive work environment.

Supportive environment, tech forward company. We have meetings twice a week to keep us up-to-date with changes wins in the current statuses of projects that are underway. The information is openly available. They really want to make a difference. Great benefits.

Cons

Being a forward moving tech company, changes come in rapid fire. Can be difficult to manage changes.
