I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Mindset does a great job of fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where employees feel heard and appreciated. The team culture stands out. People are genuinely willing to help each other, and there’s a strong sense of shared goals. Work/life balance is respected. Compensation and benefits are competitive and there are opportunities to learn new skills and take on responsibilities that help you grow professionally.

Cons

The workload can be heavy at times and the fast paced environment may not suit everyone. Priorities can shift quickly, which occasionally requires adjusting timelines and managing multiple tasks at once.

One of the best companies I have personally worked at. The mission and vision of the company are designed to help people. The leadership is fantastic and very thoughtful in the way it listens and communicates with co-workers. The company is fundamentally leaps and bounds ahead of any other startup I have previously worked at. This is a company I would recommend anyone to join.
