      Pros

      you will get lots of time for self study(because no projects ) you are able to learn new things (because they use to get any projects irrespective of technology) you will get salary on time (only salary nothing else) you can reach office late(but need to work till night,overnight ...) you can become hero any time by if you know only politics.

      Cons

      Managers are mentally not fit need to replace all of the them . The work starts after 3:00 PM intentionally so that pressure will always remain same . You cannot leave early . Plan it after 8:00 PM everyday and ready to work on weekends without pay. People there in some good projects are happy other than every where negativity. You will be demotivated even you can something good. Your job is not secured even you have a good potential. Managers are not qualified enough and they will never get job other than mindteck. Office politics is every where and you need to involve in that if you want growth other wise keep the same position .

      1.Mindteck is a company suitable for freshers seeking employment opportunities. 2.Just a regular recruitment agency with less benefits. 3.Employees success of the outcome is contingent upon the nature of the projects and the environmental factors at the client site.

      1.mindteck is not recommended for experienced individuals. 2.Insufficient remuneration, extended working hours, inadequate leadership, and limited opportunities for professional growth. 3.There are limited opportunities for exposure to the latest technologies due to a lack of additional benefits and a scarcity of client projects. 4.Your mental well-being will not be prioritized over that of the client. 5. There is an absence of equilibrium between work and personal life. 6.After resigning from the company, your salary is withheld, which can lead to a negative sentiment regarding your compensation.
