      A slow small company. A small company with very slow progress and lack of ambition to grow, whereas it has huge scope.

      •Average Salary. Slightly more than other companies of same scale. •Average work life balance. •Good HR personnel. •Young and flexible Testing team. •Manageable work pressure.

      Cons

      •Pathetic ineligible technical management with only their designation as qualifications. •Lack of any will to grow as an organization or compete other service based companies. •Lack of will to adopt or adapt new tech. •No new business hunting which could add sizeable revenue. •Very small office space and not plan to expand. •Lack process and structure as an organization overall. •No proper cafeteria. •One single washroom with a single loo and just three gents urinals. •Designation ruled parking allotment. •Absolutely pathetic admin people without any etiquette or professionalism. •Lack of Vision overall.

      Nice place to work Many things to learn. I happy that once upon a time i was employee of Mindteck India Ltd for 8 years.

      Cons

      I didn't find any downside of Mindteck.

      - Good place to learn politics - Once accustomed to people there is lot of free time - If your communication skill is good there are onsite opportunities

      Cons

      - Salary is below industry average - There are no particular skills/domain that you can master or learn - Higher management is full of old people who are there to while away their time
