      Pros

      Nice people, good training. Very easy job

      Cons

      No PTO, they pay it to you in advance Shift bidding every 3 months so never a set schedule You have to message a manager to get off takes a lot of time for them to get back to you on it so it creates a stressful situation

      This is a Work from home position

      Cons

      New company No business plan No policies for employees (they make up things as they go) Treat American employees horribly because they are American Horrible training ( you have to assume what they want) A lot of tech issues(they think you lie when you have tech issues) Was promised holidays off then said they don’t know where it came from Was promised incentives worked for 7 months and never received incentives
