Horrible company

Pros

The kids period they are innocent. They need consistency, but with a company like this it's impossible to keep staff for them.

Cons

Horrible management, and a huge lack of respect for their employees, they ones who are busting their butts everyday and actually doing the work, while higher staff is in their office socializing. No lunch breaks unless it's unpaid, no breaks period beyond bathroom, sounds like a great way to keep their employees in an already high burnout field. They constantly tell you to use your own "clinical" judgement but when it's time to do that they are breathing down your necks, and critiquing anything they hear you do from the office they sit in. The last thing is trying to get any time off, good luck with that, not only do you have to use your PTO for just a doctor appointment but you have to use an entire 4 hours, because for some reason supervisors can't cover a shift for an hour so you can get your teeth cleaned. If you have a vacation and you get sick before hand and use your PTO you have to cancel your vacation.

Pros

Helping improve the lives of these children and their families is the most rewarding and only positive thing about this place

Cons

No support from supervisors, their only solutions are handing out coaching memos. No support from HR, if you go to her regarding an issue then it might as well be your last day as there is no confidiality or professionalism. No support from CEO, only interested opening more locations and never has more than 2 seconds for anyone unless you're in her "circle"
