Some really great people to work with Summer hours Learning/Development opportunities

Cons

Very hierarchical management style - titles and who you keep company with are very important Poor benefits Restrictive salary ranges General cultural tendency to focus on the mistakes people made vs. recognizing people for the great work they did 99% of the time. Excessive overtime and no compensation for such.

High salary, company is taking steps in the right direction to be a bigger player in the property management business, co-workers are fun to work with

Cons

Benefits are very lousy, senior management tends to have a "closed door" management style, perks are given to directors or above, lower level employees and lower level management often under appreciated and over worked, surprising number of non-designated senior management professionals.

It is a very busy environment which requires multi-tasking so you are never bored. They allowed employees to take initiative and management was helpful.

Cons

Too much administrative backlog from orders to head office which leads to a longer wait time for confirmation.
