Pros

I can confidently say that working at Mirakl was one of the best career moves I have made. This is a company with great values, great vision, and the best people ever. I am so lucky to work at a company with people who care, enjoy each other's company, collaborate, and innovate together.

Cons

Mirakl is growing extremely fast! There is always more work, and more new faces to train and strategy changes to keep up with the pace of growth. The biggest challenge is just keeping up with the pace.

Pros

A cohesive internal culture allows for great communication and feedback. Mirakl employees are often helpful and are more than happy to help in any way possible. Strong management creates structure while offering important constructive criticism. Mirakl emphasizes benefits, placing an emphasis on PTO (travel and sick) as well as health perks.

Cons

Teams can feel a bit insulated at times. However this isn't an issue if you aren't afraid to take the initiative to connect with others.
