Pros

Mirakl is a great place to work. It is an exciting and growing company with some of the best employees I have ever worked alongside. Despite rapid growth, Mirakl has remained true to core values, creating a team atmosphere.

Cons

Some teams undergo change in structure and roles. Although this is mostly positive change, employees must adapt quickly.

Pros

I have been at Mirak for almost 2 years now and I'm continually learning from some of the brightest and most energized colleagues. Mirakl nurtures a culture of inclusivity on all points of view. There is a great work-life balance, with 25 days of annual leave we work hard and play hard! The company is growing in all regions and all industries and its super exciting to be part of something that is thriving despite uncertain times.

Cons

Due to accelerated growth, the company is short-staffed in certain departments and current staff needs to fill the gaps.

Pros

Mirakl is a great place to work and learn. Things move really quickly, and there are a lot of opportunities to get involved in interesting projects that may be outside your conventional job description. I feel like my manager trusts me to take projects and run with them, and gives me permission to try new things (and sometimes fail). Also, Mirakl hires great people - smart, supportive but also fun and sometimes quirky, which makes for a really awesome and unique culture.

Cons

Mirakl is a French company, so there are some cultural norms that if you are American are not familiar, and require some adjustment. And like any organization that is in a period of rapid growth, there are the growing pains that come along with that .
