      - Large addressable market and opportunities to sell to enterprise customers, and SMBs. - Large contract value compared to other SaaS vendors in the digital / ecommerce space. - Smart people in all departments. - Motivating company vision. - Great company culture (in US and France): free monday lunches, lots of drinks together. - The company now celebrates success more than before. - Ability to evolve and grow with company, I have had 3 different jobs since starting with Mirakl. - Ability to relocate internationally which is awesome! - 5 week vacations - great US health coverage

      Introduction of processes which slows down decision making, but normal for a growing business and sales org. No 401k matching

      Pros

      When you look back at your career, what do you want to remember? At Mirakl, we're building a new market. This is truly exciting; we're redefining eCommerce. This is cool yet super challenging. The defined market is of high growth and potential. Sure, there can be bumps, but those bumps are due to growth. I am excited to work at Mirakl and to see how the company evolves and grows!

      Cons

      Mirakl is a fast paced company; as such expectations are high. For some people that may not be the right environment for them. For me, not an issue. As the company grows, it's my hope that 401K matching enter the benefits package.
