Pros

Ridiculously intelligent rank and file staff, motivated and skilled - mostly Russians and and consequently underpaid.

Cons

Upper management's strategy is to abuse their young countrymen and import them using shady immigration practices and pay them under market while beholden due to non-transferrable Visa status. This results in noncompetitive cos too living and merit increases for non-immigrants. They've become stingy with ISO's and one cannot expect to get anything near a competitive adjustment to their salary. Healthcare coverage is DISMAL.

- High energy, fast paced, and diverse start up - Super smart and talented employees - Endless opportunities to take on challenges and new projects which keeps the job exciting - Competitive if not above market pay - Excellent medical benefits (95% of premium is covered by employer)

Cons

- Functions like a start up, processes and policies still need polishing - Too many VPs and Directors

Pros

Training is very good and consistent with the features of OpenStack that you can get certified in the Mirantis Distribution. Great people ( the staff ) to work with and very intelligent individuals. Very helpful in getting the job done and very responsive to address any problems you face.

Cons

Poor Bonuses and use a poor agreement with Cigna. Bonus are very poor which is why they change the matrix's to appease the teams.
