Insular. Info sharing a low priority. Egos create info blocking. Goals change constantly, but they forget to tell employees what they're expecting. Middle management is weak. Defined authority at constant odds with responsibility managers actually take. Which means you'll hear from two different managers what you should do, leaving it up to you to figure out which one to please. And the manager you please won't defend you against the one you didn't. Management in some areas VERY slow to adapt to changes in the market. Very odd behavior - info hoarding, power grabs, keeping people in the dark, berating and belittling employees - highly tolerated, especially in more tenured employees. Employee left to cover their backside without support. Not interested in providing employees a safe environment to contribute, even when company could benefit.

Management is uncoordinated. They mass hire and then filter out by laying people off. They will do anything to get you to leave your current job including making false promises of training you but don't actual provide you any actual training. Communication was difficult. Due to working remotely it was extremely difficult to get involved with my team members. Some high managers there are misogynistic. They do not offer competitive pay with the area. They bait and switch by offering a very high income in process and then low ball you in offer.
