Non Destructive Testing is a very interesting industry.

Pros

Company is one of the top 5 of the industry. Always adding locations and jobs. Multiple US and International Locations. If you are a technician in the field there are a lot of opportunities.

Cons

They don't seem to care about employee retention. High turn over of good employees and managers. Poor middle management in many departments. Terrible internal communications.

My personal manager is extremely laid back, as long as the job is done, he is satisified

Cons

Very cliquish, good ole' boy club, if they "like you" you will go great and enjoy your job, If they don't..expect some pretty high turnover

micromanagement lack of feeback to employees ERP system is terrible product stocking and delivery issues brown nosing is the way to stay in company hard work is not rewarded, and subjected to whim of management
