      I work with a great group of people in my department

      Cons

      Could do better with salaries, and there were a number of wage freezes during the time i was employed, even with the company being successful. It just seems like a reflection on what they think of their employees as people. Building is in poor condition

      Expensive benefits for marginal coverage, poor management , unfair promotions , the good old boy club , alot of family in charge of family and friends

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice, smart, and friendly. It has decent benefits and insurance premium. One of the largest NDT companies in the US.

      Cons

      Very cheap on salary and compensation. Large bonuses for board of directors (public information shows $0.6M bonuses) even when company is not doing well and freezes employees salaries. Employees are not happy and are leaving one after the other. No clear growth path.
