      Pros

      I work at the corporate headquarters in NJ. Even though the company is huge, employees are not treated like a number. It has a small family run company feel.

      Cons

      Pay could be better but it's not too bad. Not a whole lot of room for advancement. Lots of management changes going on so right now things are chaotic, but seems to be moving in the right direction.

      Professional enough, without being too stuffy. Good Compensation, decent insurance, room for advancement, a lot of quality employees

      Cons

      Insurance could be better, it seems to take an act of congress to fire some people that really deserve it...apparently the legal department is very afraid of a lawsuit
