      Pros

      The medical benefits are ok. They are slowly getting more expensive. Typically a bunch of OT They pay scale is exceptional Friendly work environment

      Cons

      Poor connections with upper management Not much consideration for personal life Pretty much on call 24/7 365 Good ol boy hiring for anything other than entry level positions. A lot of travel for work.

      Pros

      Some very nice people, made some good friends who were also let go by this same manager

      Cons

      Manager shows favoritism for the technicians, does not support the administrative team, does not know his job and the branch has gone hill since he's taken over. Now they have lost their biggest account, Tesoro. Poor management and has horrible training methods. Way too much paperwork, unorganized and no structure

      They have multiple branches worldwide and plenty of room for advancement.

      Cons

      None at this point, but from reviews of current and past employees it seems to be communication between management and pay depending on location.
