      Pros

      There are good employee's that work here but probably not for much longer.

      Cons

      The leadership refuses to listen to those who make things happen. I worked here for two years and it seems every six months things got worse and worse. When I started this was a great company but they are too focused on acquiring new companies that they are spitting in the face of their current employees.

      Pros

      One-on-one with clients, ability to travel for clients, you can take ownership of your work and responsibilities without being micromanaged and you get to work in an innovative office space.

      Cons

      No real structure to where you can move up in the company.

      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing and make the time spent there enjoyable

      Cons

      Basically no benefits. PTO accrual is a joke and you get absolutely no sick time. You are not allowed to go negative in PTO at all. The pay is mid. 401k match of 1% is laughable. No loyalty to employees, almost impossible to move up within the company because they would rather outsource people from random states.
