      Pros

      Senior leadership has finally been ousted, especially the vinegar/peppers longtimers. This has led to new thinkers and doers running the ship. Although moral has been pretty low across departments those who can manage the daily grind and keep positive are in a good position to succeed.

      Cons

      Because of the constant state of turnover there is very little strategic vision. FYI - 16 corporate leadership members are listed on the Mizkan website, 9 of whom have left the organization in 2019 (not including the latest president).

      Cool people to work with just not within my department

      Cons

      Half of the company runs under a new-age/millennial atmosphere. Thee other half of the company is from the dinosaur age and refuse to update with the times. Experience accounting managers are desperately needed, I often wondered how some were given the position. Lots of work to be done specifically when it comes to streamlining processes because no one knows what they are doing
